Quick Start

1. Download

Navigate to Releases to download the latest version:

Mi8e5-unlock-Windows-auto.bat.zip

2. Extract

Extract the archive to a local directory.

It is recommended that the path does not contain Chinese characters, spaces, or special characters, for example:

C:\Mi8e5Unlock\

3. Connect Device

Please ensure that:

  • You are using a stable data cable
  • USB debugging is enabled on your phone
  • ADB authorization has been allowed on your computer
  • The device has sufficient battery charge

4. Run Script

Double-click to run:

8e5-unlock.bat

Then follow the script prompts to complete the subsequent operations.

Important Notes

  • Please back up important data completely before use.
  • The unlocking and data wiping processes may result in device data deletion.
  • Normal operation is not guaranteed for all system versions, patch levels, or device states.
  • Do not delete any files within the archive, as this may cause script execution failures.
  • It is recommended to perform tests only on recoverable, flashable, non-primary devices.
  • If the device behaves abnormally during execution, prioritize trying to restart or re-enter Fastboot mode.
