本仓库包含 Sorami 技术报告 《Kubernetes 上的 AI：14 个 Helm chart 中有 10 个在交付时不带 API 认证》（版本 1.2）背后的数据与证据。

文件

  • results.csv：每个 chart 一行，每项检查一列，并附有每个值的证据。
  • tools.tsv：chart 来源、固定版本以及每个 chart 所需的渲染覆盖（如有）。
  • manual-checks.tsv：API 认证与遥测默认值，依据厂商文档和源代码人工核对。
  • dynamic-results.tsv：在本地测试集群上进行实时探测的结果。
  • evidence/totals.json：报告中使用的总体计数。
  • evidence/doc-urls.tsv：每项论断所引用的厂商文档，附 2026 年 9 月 24 日的 HTTP 状态。
  • evidence/scans/scan-summary.json、evidence/scans/scan-detail.json：来自 Kubescape 4.0.14、Checkov 3.3.19、kube-linter 0.8.3 和 Trivy 0.74.0 的每个 chart 的计数。
  • evidence/dynamic/：实时探测的请求和响应日志，以及报告中讨论的 ServiceAccount 的 kubectl auth can-i 输出。
  • figures/：报告中使用的图表。

如何阅读数据

  • 诸如 values.yaml:17 的 file:line 引用指向上述固定版本 chart 自身的文件。诸如 charts/repo-qdrant/qdrant/values.yaml 的路径相对于解包后的 chart。
  • off、on、not_enforced 及类似值在报告中定义。
  • 在探测日志中，kubeconfig 路径、kube 上下文、chart 缓存路径和集群 IP 地址被替换为占位符，如 <kubeconfig>、<kind-context>、<charts> 和 <pod-ip>。请求或响应中的其他内容均未更改。
  • PostgreSQL 子 chart 在安装时生成的随机密码被替换为 REDACTED-RENDER-TIME-PASSWORD。厂商在其 chart 中附带的占位凭据保持原样，因为它们正是发现所在。

复现渲染后的清单

我们不重新分发厂商 chart 文件或渲染后的清单。任何人都可以从公开 chart 重新生成它们：

使用 Helm 3.19 或更高版本（Langfuse chart 需要 fromToml）。渲染不需要 kube 上下文。部分 chart 使用浮动镜像标签，因此稍后渲染可能引用更新的镜像。

披露

每一项发现都是厂商已记录的默认值，报告为每一项都链接到厂商自己的文档。测试仅在为本研究创建的本地集群上运行，之后已删除。未扫描或联系任何第三方、客户或面向互联网的系统。对某项发现有疑问的厂商可写信至 [email protected]。
