Solr es la plataforma de búsqueda empresarial de código abierto del proyecto Apache Lucene. Sus principales funciones incluyen búsqueda de texto completo, resaltado de coincidencias, búsqueda facetada, agrupación dinámica, integración con bases de datos y procesamiento de texto enriquecido.
El 30 de octubre de 2019, investigadores de seguridad extranjeros publicaron un exploit sobre la inyección de plantillas de Solr. El atacante, mediante acceso no autorizado al servidor Solr, envía paquetes específicos para habilitar params.resource.loader.enabled y, a continuación, accede al endpoint mediante GET, lo que provoca la ejecución de comandos en el servidor; el resultado del comando se refleja en la respuesta. Así que se montó localmente un entorno vulnerable para reproducirlo.

Con esto, la configuración del entorno vulnerable está completa.
Al abrir el sitio web, en BurpSuite se puede encontrar un endpoint que permite obtener los nombres de todos los core, lo que facilita posteriormente iterar sobre los core names, concatenar cadenas y comprobar la vulnerabilidad una por una.

Observa que el código de estado es 400, no 200; si aparece un 500, puede deberse a un error de excepción. Esto puede servir de ayuda para escribir scripts que detecten la existencia de la vulnerabilidad.
