EDRChoker
EDRChoker 使用**基于策略的服务质量（QoS）**对端点检测与响应（EDR）代理设置硬带宽上限（限速），使它们始终超时 - 从而有效阻止它们。
这些规则会立即生效，并在目标重启 Windows 后依然有效。
EDRChoker 依赖 Windows 的 pacer.sys 驱动程序。
命令行语法
EDRChoker.exe <ListFile>
为 ListFile 中的所有进程名称创建 QoS 策略 - 每行一个进程
