CVE-2025-21420 PoC

(Vulnerabilidad de Elevación de Privilegios en la Herramienta de Liberación de Espacio en Disco de Windows)

Hasta donde sé, aunque incompleto, este es el primer PoC para esta CVE.

Encontramos una manera de hacer DLL sideload con cleanmgr.exe

$ cp .\dokan1.dll C:\Users\<username>\System32\System32\System32\dokannp1.dll
$ cleanmgr /sageset:2

Simplemente usa DLL Sideloading normal y lloverán shells. Todavía no hemos probado si es suficiente tener solo el segundo nombre de dll, o si también se usa el primero, ligeramente diferente (puede que hayamos confundido los nombres al mirar ProcMon debido al tamaño de fuente pequeño).

Actualmente todavía trabajando en la parte de PrivEsc, pero es muy probable que solo programar cleanmgr.exe para NT-Authority\System o esperar hasta que sea activado por el sistema, por ejemplo, Llenando un Disco o creando demasiados archivos temporales.

Advertencia: Lo siguiente sigue siendo Nivel de Investigación (es decir, código de mala calidad), mostrará cientos de cuadros de mensaje y shells. Lo mismo se puede hacer con mucho menos código.
