Provides PowerShell and batch scripts to back up, restore, and adjust Access Control Lists (ACLs) mitigating PrintNightmare Print Spooler vulnerabilities CVE-2021-34527 and CVE-2021-1675.
Currently no solution from Microsoft yet (as of 02.07.2021)
https://msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide/vulnerability/CVE-2021-34527
Affects all operating system versions (server and client)
Options
Adjusting the ACL is currently the more promising solution.
There are two scripts, POWERSHELL and BATCH/CMD. The batch variant has the advantage
that backup/restore of all ACLs is easily possible with it.
