Open Arsenal Real Estate Specifications

The real estate ecosystem is built around the idea of shifting property intelligence away from centralized listing platforms and into locally hosted, self-sovereign data environments. Instead of relying on third-party platforms to define, store, or interpret listings, the design treats each property record as a portable, structured dataset that can exist independently across servers, devices, or private infrastructure. These records are designed with strict consistency in format so that spatial details, valuation inputs, and descriptive attributes can be processed uniformly by applications and AI systems. The result is a model where real estate information behaves less like static content on a website and more like a composable data layer that can be reused, validated, and extended across multiple systems without losing integrity.

Alongside this structural shift is a strong emphasis on cryptographic security and blockchain-inspired verification mechanisms to support trust and transparency. Property data is designed to carry verifiable histories, allowing changes, transfers, and updates to be tracked in a way that resists tampering while preserving auditability. Rather than fully relying on public blockchain infrastructure, the system blends local encryption with distributed verification concepts, ensuring sensitive information remains under user control while still enabling proof-of-origin and chain-of-custody style tracking. This combination creates a hybrid trust model where real estate data can remain private and locally governed, yet still participate in broader networks of validation, fractional representation, and interoperable ownership logic.

All specifications are released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 or later (AGPL-3.0+) and may be used free of charge with the required attribution under Section 7 of the license. Organizations that require attribution-free commercial deployment may obtain a Specification Branding License (SBL). Licensing fees are determined based on the specific specification, deployment scope, and the scale of the network or environment in which it is deployed.
