O HackSys Extreme Vulnerable Driver (HEVD) é um driver Windows Kernel intencionalmente vulnerável. Foi desenvolvido para pesquisadores de segurança e entusiastas aprimorarem suas habilidades em exploração em nível de kernel.

O HEVD oferece uma variedade de vulnerabilidades, desde simples estouros de buffer na pilha até problemas mais complexos, como uso após liberação, estouros de buffer no pool e condições de corrida. Isso permite que os pesquisadores explorem técnicas de exploração para cada vulnerabilidade implementada.
