## Friday Studio で実行する

Friday Studio はスキルをオンデマンドでエージェントコンテキストにロードし、チャット、cron、またはHTTP経由でトリガーできる再現可能なワークスペース内で実行します。すべてがローカルで実行され、データはマシン上に保持され、すべてのステップがログに記録されるため、チャレンジ中にエージェントが何をしたかを正確に確認できます。

これらのスキルを Friday Studio に追加するには：

1. Friday を [hellofriday.ai](https://hellofriday.ai/) からインストールします（macOS）。
2. Studio サイドバーの **Skills** を開き、**+ Add** をクリックします。
3. 個々のスキルを参照でインポートするか（例：`ljagiello/ctf-skills/ctf-web`）、このリポジトリをフォルダとしてアップロードします。
4. 任意の `workspace.yml` から参照するか、スキルの説明に基づいてエージェントが自動的にロードするようにします。

## 環境セットアップ

ワークフローに応じた2つのセットアップ戦略：

### プリインストール（コンテスト前に推奨）

中央インストーラのエントリポイントを使用する：```bash

Use `--force` to reinstall everything regardless of what's already present. Install logs are saved to `~/.ctf-tools/`.
