icicle-python

このプロジェクトは、icicle-emu を簡単に扱えるようにする Python ラッパーです。Icicle の詳細については、論文 Icicle: A Re-designed Emulator for Grey-Box Firmware Fuzzing を参照してください。

インストール

最新リリースは PyPI からインストールできます:

pip install icicle-emu

開発

注: ソースからビルドするには Rust 1.90 以上が必要です。

uv のインストール

# On Windows
powershell -ExecutionPolicy ByPass -c "irm https://astral.sh/uv/install.ps1 | iex"
# On macOS/Linux
curl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh

プロジェクトのビルド

# Clone the repository with submodules
git clone --recursive https://github.com/icicle-emu/icicle-python
cd icicle-python

# Install dependencies and build
uv sync
uv run maturin develop

テストの実行

tests フォルダには、スタンドアロンのサンプルとしても機能するテストが含まれています。関数名の先頭に test_ を付けると、自動的に実行されます:

uv run pytest -v

あるいは、uv run tests/example.py でスタンドアロンのサンプルを実行/デバッグできます。
