CodExt

あらゆるものをエンコード/デコードします。

CodExt は、(Python2-3互換の)ライブラリであり、ネイティブの codecs ライブラリを拡張し（具体的には新しいカスタムエンコーディングや文字マッピングを追加し）、120以上の新しいコーデックを提供します。その名前は CODecs EXTension を組み合わせたものです。また、複数のエンコーディング層をデコードするための 推測モード と、便利な CLIツール も備えています。```sh $ pip install codext
