Description

Mise à jour de glibc via Chef Solo.

• Attention : ce cookbook nécessite un redémarrage.

• La plateforme est Ubuntu et CentOS.

Prérequis

• cookbook 'build-essential'
• cookbook 'apt'
• cookbook 'yum-epal'

Installation

• Ruby 2.1.5 ou plus
• gem install bundler

Utilisation

• bundle install

bundle install

• définir le nœud

    "recipe[security_check_glibc]", # set exploit code and compile
    "recipe[security_update_glibc]" # node reboot after glibc update
  ]
}

• définir le test (webapp par défaut)

$ mv spec/webapp spec/YourServer

• tester

$ rake spec LOGIN_USER=loginuser PASS=userpassword

• provisionner le serveur

$ bundle exec knife solo bootstrap YourServer

Développement (Vagrant)

construire et exécuter les tests

• installer virtualbox

• installer vagrant

• amorçage

vagrant up

• ajouter la configuration ssh

vagrant ssh-config >> ~/.ssh/config

• modifier Host

$ vim ~/.ssh/config
- Host default
+ Host webapp

• tester

$ rake spec LOGIN_USER=vagrant PASS=vagrant

• provisionner le serveur

$ bundle exec knife solo bootstrap webapp

• Cette machine Vagrant a été entièrement provisionnée. (glibc-2.12-1.149.el6_6.5.x86_64)

Contribution
