Description

Arbitrary physical memory read/write using Toshiba qiomem.sys from ring 3 (only works upto 4GB physical addresses).
Driver is distributed via Microsoft Update Catalog. Other variants. Not listed on Microsoft Vulnerable Driver List, no previous CVE alloted.
