The file of FrameSequence_webp.cpp is not compiled in AOSP currently, so when you compile libframesequence.so with webp, you need compile with FRAMESEQUENCE_INCLUDE_WEBP(like this: FRAMESEQUENCE_INCLUDE_WEBP=true mm -B)
